Pemerintah DKI Jakarta dalam sepekan ini dihebohkan dengan adanya laporan sebuah LSM seputar adanya 16 unit rumah mewah setinggi 3 lantai ‘Estate Puri Kencana 9’ yang berlokasi di kawasan JL. Nangka No 8 RT004/ RW004 Kelurahan Jagakarsa, Kecamatan Jagakarsa, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan diduga menabrak Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) (Melanggar IMB- Red) ke Gubernur DKI Jakarta.
Hal itu dibeberkan oleh sumber yang enggan disebut namanya kepada BarisanBerita.com di Balai Kota DKI Jakarta, Kamis (3/2/2022)
Di tempat terpisah sumber lain yang berinisial Ma kepada media ini mengatakan bahwa, 16 unit perumahan mewah setinggi 3 lantai ‘Puri Kencana 9’ yang dipasarkan dengan harga
Rp 2,8 Miliir per-unitnya pemiliknya diduga bernama Sintara dan mengkaryakan Dani sebagai petugas lapangan telah membangun 9 lokasi ‘Puri Kencana’ yang diduga dalam setiap
lokasi pembangunannya sarat dengan pelanggaran dan dengan sendirinya Pemprov DKI Jakarta di sektor retribusinya sangat dirugikan, hal itu bisa dihitung secara matematikanya.
Ma mengharapkan Pemprov DKI Jakarta melakukan lacakan masalah pajak yang diduga yang diduga ditilep pengusaha perumahan ‘Puri Kencana 9’ tersebut, karena hal tersebut
termasuk tindakan kriminal dengan modus manipulasi pajak lewat pelanggaran IMB atas bangunan yang didirikannya.
Disamping itu Ma juga meminta DPRD DKI Jakarta melakukan sidak ke lapangan untuk melihat secara langsung proyek ‘Puri Kencana 9’ tersebut karena setiap proyeknya
selalu melanggar IMB dengan secara otomatis pengusaha Estet ‘Puri Kencana 1 hingga 9 tersebut telah menghilangkan resapan air yang telah diatur dalam Informasi
Rencana Kota (IRK). “Pengusaha Puri Kencana termasuk pengusaha yang nakal, karena setiap membangun Estate mininya tersebut selalu melanggar IMB,” kata Ma geram kepada
